1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Signalyze ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the site.

2. Service Description

Signalyze is an AI-powered market intelligence platform that ingests real-time news, analyzes geopolitical and macroeconomic events using artificial intelligence, and generates structured market impact analysis. The Service includes:

  • •AI-generated event analysis with impact assessments across equities, sectors, commodities, currencies, and crypto
  • •Sector heatmaps showing aggregate bullish/bearish signals
  • •Prediction market matching that identifies theoretical probability gaps on platforms like Polymarket and Kalshi
  • •Second-order effect analysis tracing downstream causal chains
  • •News deduplication and clustering from multiple RSS sources

Signalyze provides AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice. The content produced by Signalyze should not be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument, prediction market contract, or other asset.

AI analysis may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. Our analysis is generated by large language models (LLMs), which can produce plausible-sounding but factually incorrect output. The AI may misidentify affected assets, misjudge the direction or magnitude of impact, assign inappropriate confidence scores, or fabricate causal reasoning. Always verify AI-generated analysis against primary sources before making any decisions.

Prediction market edges are theoretical and not guaranteed. When Signalyze identifies a gap between an AI-assessed probability and a prediction market price, this represents a theoretical edge based on the AI's interpretation of available information. It is not a guarantee of profit. Market prices reflect the collective judgment of all participants and may be more accurate than our AI's assessment. Trading on prediction markets carries risk of total loss of the amount wagered.

Users are solely responsible for their own investment decisions. Signalyze, its operators, employees, and affiliates accept no liability for any losses or damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on its output. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Past analysis accuracy does not predict future performance. Even if prior Signalyze analyses proved correct, this does not indicate that future analyses will be accurate. Market conditions change, AI models have limitations, and past patterns may not repeat.

Regulatory considerations. Prediction market availability varies by jurisdiction. Some platforms (e.g. Polymarket) are not available to U.S. users for trading. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. No Investment Advice

Signalyze is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We do not provide personalized investment advice. The analysis shown on the platform is generated automatically by AI based on publicly available news and is not tailored to your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives.

Confidence scores, severity ratings, impact assessments, and prediction market edges are algorithmically generated metrics — not investment recommendations. A "high confidence" score does not mean an outcome is certain. A "buy" suggestion on a prediction market contract is an AI interpretation, not professional financial advice.

5. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating your account and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • •Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service beyond what is provided by our API
  • •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure
  • •Redistribute, resell, or republish Signalyze analysis as your own without attribution
  • •Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in any form of market abuse
  • •Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers and networks that host it
  • •Use automated tools to create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Signalyze offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate until the end of their current billing cycle.

8. Intellectual Property

The Signalyze platform, including its AI analysis engine, system prompts, user interface, branding, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Signalyze and its licensors. All rights are reserved.

AI-generated event analyses displayed on the platform may be used by subscribers for their personal research and decision-making. You may not resell, redistribute, or systematically download analyses without a commercial license.

News content analyzed by Signalyze is sourced from publicly available RSS feeds. We do not claim ownership of original news content. Source attributions are provided with each analysis.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signalyze and its operators, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • •Financial losses resulting from investment decisions informed by Signalyze analysis
  • •Losses from prediction market positions taken based on AI-identified edges
  • •Damages from inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed analysis
  • •Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • •Service interruptions or downtime

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Signalyze in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated analysis will be accurate, complete, or timely. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, non-payment, or at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including the financial disclaimer, limitation of liability, and intellectual property provisions) will survive.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@signalyze.io or through account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
